Aluminum
Hydroxide in Vaccines Linked to Neurological Damage
Known as amorphous
aluminum hydroxyphosphate sulfate now and found in HPV Gardasil vaccine
Just days after receipt of a 2009 flu shot, Desiree Jennings, a
Washington Redskins Ambassador, developed dystonia brought on by the
vaccine according to her doctors at John´s Hopkins. Dystonia is a
rare, incurable neurological condition which causes body jerks and
abnormal or repetitive movements that is brought on by infections,
brain trauma, or a reaction to medications.
As autism and Gulf War veterans with fatigue and ailing health also
abound, Americans increasingly question vaccine safety in the face of a
pharmaceutical industry and government which consistently dismiss their
concerns without providing any real evidence of vaccine safety and
efficacy.
Now, scientific evidence shows that aluminum hydroxide, a vaccine
adjuvant used to increase the response of the immune system, leads to
motor deficits and motor neuron degeneration, which may be linked to
Gulf War Syndrome and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), a
multi-system disorder afflicting veterans the 1990-1991 Gulf War.
"Possible causes of GWS include several of the adjuvants in the anthrax
vaccine and others. The most likely culprit appears to be aluminum
hydroxide," says Shaw and Petrik, researchers at the Departments of
Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, University of British Columbia,
Canada.
Aluminum-treated mice in a new study showed significant neuronal
degeneration and the presence of aluminum in the spine cord and cortex
after being treated with aluminum hydroxide preparations. This resulted
in motor function impairment and reduced spatial memory capacity.
Shaw says the treated mice showed a consistent "pathological hallmark
of various neurological diseases, including Alzheimer's disease and
frontotemporal dementia. The demonstrated neurotoxicity of aluminum
hydroxide and its relative ubiquity as an adjuvant suggest that greater
scrutiny by the scientific community is warranted."
Aluminum hydroxide is a common vaccine adjuvant and can be found, along
with mercury, in some flu vaccines.
Parents ought to closely examine the safety and ingredients of vaccines
and alternate preparations before consenting to vaccination of their
child.

Could
Hepatitis B Vaccine Be Harmful?
(CBS) In a
newly-published study, vaccinated monkeys demonstrated “significant
delays in the acquisition of critical survival reflexes" compared to an
unvaccinated control group, reports CBS News correspondent Sharyl
Attkisson.
It was the first
time researchers had time compared vaccinated animals with unvaccinated
controls. Researchers vaccinated 13 newborn rhesus macaque monkeys with
Hepatitis B vaccine containing a standardized amount of thimerosal - a
vaccine preservative thought by some to cause developmental issues. The
thimerosal dose matched that given to human babies until the early
2000s. Four monkeys received a saline placebo and three more had no
shots at all.
The study found
the unvaccinated animals developed normally, while the vaccinated
monkeys demonstrated the survival reflex delays. According to one of
the lead investigators, Dr. Laura Hewitson of the University of
Pittsburgh, “Infants of lower birth weight and gestational age were at
greater risk.”
The study,
published last week in the scientific journal NeuroToxicology, was not
designed to determine whether it was the thimerosal or another
component of the vaccine that caused the observed delays.
“We undertook
these experiments largely because we were unable to find any safety
studies comparing vaccinated and unvaccinated animals,” said another
study author, Dr. Andrew Wakefield of Thoughtful House, which provides
resources for children with developmental disorders.

Methodology
Generation Rescue
commissioned an independent opinion research firm, SurveyUSA of Verona
NJ, to conduct a telephone survey in nine counties in California and
Oregon. Counties were selected by Generation Rescue. Interviews were
successfully completed in 11,817 households with one or more children
age 4 to 17. From those 11,817 households, data on 17,674 children was
gathered. Of the 17,674 children inventoried, 991 were described as
being completely unvaccinated. For each unvaccinated child, a health
battery was administered.
Generation Rescue
chose to use telephone interviews with parents to gather data on
children, so as to closely mirror the methodology the CDC uses to
establish national prevalence for NDs such as ADHD and autism through
their national phone survey of parent responses. Generation Rescue
chose to focus on children ages 4-17 to match the age range used by CDC.
Are parent
responses a reliable indicator of a child's diagnostic status?
According to Dr. Laura Schieve, co-author of the CDC's national phone
survey study, in discussing the CDC's two phone surveys on autism
prevalence, "the consistency of prevalence estimates across the two
surveys supports high reliability or reproducibility of parental report
of autism and reliability is one important component of validity."
SurveyUSA is a
well-known national opinion research firm with unique expertise in
canvassing local communities. SurveyUSA has no vested interest in any
outcome this or any survey might produce. You can see a copy of the
questionnaire used in the survey here. The data the survey intended to
capture included:

Households with a child or children aged 4-17
-
Whether or not that child had been vaccinated
-
Whether or not that child had any one (or more) of
the following diagnosis: ADD, ADHD, Asperger's, PDD-NOS, Autism,
Asthma, or Juvenile Diabetes (the final two of which were added to
consider other health outcomes).
The results of
the survey allowed us to compare the prevalence (what percentage of
children have a particular diagnosis) to see if there was any
meaningful difference between unvaccinated and vaccinated children.
The most common
way to measure prevalence differences is through a calculation known as
relative risk or the Risk Ratio, where we compared prevalence amongst
unvaccinated children to prevalence amongst vaccinated children. So, if
5% of unvaccinated children have asthma, and 10% of vaccinated children
have asthma, that represents an "RR" of 2.0 (10%/5%), or a difference
of 100%. We were also able to look at the data by gender, age, and
county.
Results
SurveyUSA
gathered data on 9,175 boys and 8,499 girls. Counties surveyed in
California included:

The

primary data we received from SurveyUSA and it can be used for anyone
to independently analyze our results.
Generation Rescue
analyzed the data provided by SurveyUSA, and a copy of our analysis can
be found here. The most notable results of our survey are with the
boys, which is not surprising considering boys represent approximately
80% of total cases of NDs. Namely:
All vaccinated
boys, compared to unvaccinated boys:

Vaccinated boys were 155% more likely to have a
neurological disorder (RR 2.55)
-
Vaccinated boys were 224% more likely to have ADHD
(RR 3.24)
-
Vaccinated boys were 61% more likely to have autism
(RR 1.61)
Older vaccinated
boys, ages 11-17 (about half the boys surveyed), compared to older
unvaccinated boys:

Vaccinated boys were 158% more likely to have a
neurological disorder (RR 2.58)

Vaccinated boys were 317% more likely to have ADHD
(RR 4.17)

Vaccinated boys were 112% more likely to have autism
(RR 2.12)
(Note: older
children may be a more reliable indicator because many children are not
diagnosed until they are 6-8 years old, and we captured data beginning
at age 4.)
All vaccinated
boys, removing one county with unusual results (Multnomah, OR),
compared to unvaccinated boys:

Vaccinated boys were 185% more likely to have a
neurological disorder (RR 2.85)

Vaccinated boys were 279% more likely to have ADHD
(RR 3.79)

Vaccinated boys were 146% more likely to have autism
(RR 2.46)
All vaccinated
boys and girls, compared to unvaccinated boys and girls:

have asthma (RR 2.20)

No correlation established for juvenile diabetes
All vaccinated
girls, compared to unvaccinated girls:

No meaningful differences in prevalence were noted
for NDs (which may be due to the smaller sample size of the study
because girls represent about 20% of cases.)
Commentary
Generation Rescue
is not representing that our study proves that the U.S. vaccine
schedule has caused an epidemic in neurological disorders amongst our
children. We are a small non-profit organization. For less than
$200,000, we were able to complete a study that the CDC, with an $8
billion a year budget, has been unable or unwilling to do. We think the
results of our survey lend credibility to the urgent need to do a
larger scale study to compare vaccinated and unvaccinated children for
neurodevelopmental outcomes.
It is also the
opinion of Generation Rescue that we are over-vaccinating our children,
and we encourage parents to use caution in how they choose to vaccinate
their children, particularly boys. In the vaccine section of our
website, we provide additional detail on vaccines and vaccinating
safely and provide three alternative vaccine schedules parents may want
to consider for their children.
I have read many articles by people
claiming there is no benefits in any vaccines, some believe it even to
be about population reduction, while others like me, believe it is
about money, money, money, at the expense of health and safety.
So why does it
seem to effect a few as they say and not the millions given it.
Could there be a
ticking time bomb, something over time that will happen, or the more
one gets vaccines the worse you become, especially for children, like
in the US where they are giving them so many injections now by the time
they are a few years old.
Anyway I came
across the following which I found interesting, cause to me, like nuts,
some don't have an allergy to them, and some do.
What I would like
to see is testing, but they are never gonna do that before hand, cause
again it's the cost as well as the time involved.
The study
published this month in Nature Medicine, shows how
formalin, used in the manufacture of over half of all vaccines, can
alter the vaccine's effect on the immune system.
The
Wellcome Trust and Medical Research Council funded research
shows that formalin causes chemical damage to vaccine proteins and
creates reactive chemical groups called carbonyls. The immune
system reacts strongly when it spots this damage.
In many
cases, deliberately adding carbonyls to a vaccine can
improve the body's immune response, such as with hepatitis A
vaccines. However, in others, the presence of carbonyls can mean
that the immune system overreacts once infection occurs and attacks
the body in a damaging way.
In the 1960s, carbonyls in experimental
vaccines for a virus
known as RSV, which causes wheezy colds in children, triggered a
powerful immune response that caused severe side effects leading to
hospitalisation and several deaths. (Click here for

I have a moto though, we a few actually, saying, and this one goes, 'If
in doubt, leave it out.'
So this is
what I'm doing making parents and children aware of the risks involved
with taking any injection full of chemicals mixed together, some of
which many, including doctors, don't believe should be put inside our
bodies at all.
